Maximum stability of soft tissue while preserving bone integrity

The morphology of the implant-prosthetic portion in direct contact with the soft tissue is crucial for the healing of these tissues. Myofibroblasts and collagen fibers contract, pushing the tissues towards the narrower neck of the Prama implant. This convergent shape promotes the coronal ingrowth of the soft tissues, stabilizing them and supporting the healing and regeneration of the hard tissues. In an optimal situation, the connective tissue thickens, creating a high and stable transmucosal path around the neck of the implant, contributing to its regeneration and providing a healthy and natural appearance. In traditional implants with a divergent neck, the fibers migrate towards the narrower neck, but in an apical direction, reducing the regeneration of the soft tissues. The UTM surface and the convergent morphology of the neck promote the formation of a stable ring of tissue around the implant, keeping the fibers well attached to the titanium. This biological evidence translates into the formation of keratinized tissue around the Prama neck from the early stages of healing, which remains stable over time and adapts to the shape of the crown.

More space for soft tissue: aesthetics and functionality

Prama implants are designed to maximize the presence of tissue around the neck of the implant.
The convergence leaves more space for soft tissue, and the neck morphology, combined with the UTM surface, promotes excellent adhesion and stability of the connective tissue, thus promoting aesthetics while preserving the underlying bone levels.

Prama Power: better aesthetics and stability without compromise

Prama Power implants promote the adhesion and stability of the connective tissue, keeping the underlying bone levels intact. An innovation that allows for superior aesthetic results without compromising functionality.

Intramucosal Implant: a Game-Changing Innovation in Implantology

Prama Power implants represent a step forward compared to other implants. Their intramucosal design allows for optimal contact with soft tissues, promoting aesthetics, stability and durability over time.

INTRAMUCOSAL WHY?
Prama Power implants have no interruptions or limitations that hinder deep insertion, allowing the connection platform to be positioned directly into the soft tissues. A solution for perfect integration between implant and tissues.
